The performance of white latex manufacturers is constantly improving. Before using white latex adhesive, the adhesive surface must be properly treated.

If using white latex adhesive on a concrete bonding surface, the plaster layer, grease, and dirt should be chiseled away, and the concrete surface should be ground with an angle grinder to remove a 1-2 mm thick surface layer. After polishing, use compressed air to blow away the floating dust. Finally, wipe the surface clean with a cotton cloth soaked in acetone, and keep it dry for later use. If it is a steel plate bonding surface, degrease it first, then roughen it with an angle grinder until a metallic luster appears on the polished surface, then wipe it clean with a dry cotton cloth and keep it dry, ready for use.

During the process of treating the bonding surface, the main instruments used include an angle grinder, diamond grinding disc, sanding plate, air compressor, cotton cloth, safety goggles, and dust mask.
