Lichao Chemical Plant, founded in 1998, is located in Hefei, Anhui – a city renowned as the "Lake City of Fame and Hub of Innovation". Since its inception, the plant has primarily produced chemical products related to polymer materials. In 2009, it was officially renamed Anhui Lichao New Material Technology Co., Ltd. Later, it established Shanghai Qihuan New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a sales and R&D company in Jinshan District, Shanghai. Addi- tionally, it built a large-scale production base equipped with multiple advanced production lines in Xiage Industrial Park, Hefei.

Lichao has focused on the R&D and production of adhesives for 28 years. It operates three major laboratories, holds over a dozen certifications, and has obtained ISO 9001:2015 quality certification. The company owns more than ten sets of specialized production equipment, with an annual production capacity exceeding tens of thousands of tons. It employs nearly 100 staff members across various departments nationwide. Lichao has always adhered to a service philosophy of "green", "eco-friendly", and "healthy". Since its establishment, it has been committed to providing high-quality adhesive solutions for various enterprises and factories. Lichao New Material has established operation centers in 22 major cities across China, including Beijing, Shang-hai, Hefei, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Nanchang, Linyi, Jinhua, Changsha, and Jinan. It also has dedicated customer service and sales teams to solve adhesive-related problems for customers throughout the process, ensuring rapid response and localized service nationwide. Lichao has served over 100,000 enterprises and has earned wide recog- nition from its users. In the future, the company plans to establish branches in Iran, Africa, India, and Vietnam, follow- ing the footsteps of its partners to achieve a truly global service coverage – "A bosom friend afar brings a distant land near" – in adhesive services, realizing a truly global service-oriented enterprise.
