Key Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for the promotion and sales of the company's PUR hot melt adhesive products (Lichao Reactive Polyurethane Hot Melt Adhesive) in the electronics industry, with a focus on consumer electronics, structural bonding, display/touch, and automotive electronics.
2、Develop electronics manufacturing customers and channel resources in the Yangtze River Delta (Suzhou, Wuxi, Shanghai, Nanjing) and Pearl River Delta (Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou, Guangzhou) regions, including but not limited to: mobile phone/tablet/wearable device assembly plants, laptop/server structural component bonding manufacturers, automotive display/touch module manufacturers, and security/electrical/smart home manufacturers.
3、Acquire new customers (mid-to-large electronics manufacturing enterprises with annual adhesive consumption of RMB 200,000 or more), maintain existing customer relationships, assist customers through the entire process from sampling and small-batch validation to mass production launch, and expand market channels.
4、Collect market intelligence, analyze competitors (such as Henkel, H.B. Fuller, Huitian, etc.), and provide data support for product positioning and sales strategy.
5、Organize and participate in business negotiations to facilitate the signing of sales contracts, ensuring the achievement of sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
6、Responsible for setting and achieving sales targets within the assigned region, driving the implementation of the company's sales strategy.
Qualifications:
1、Knowledge of the adhesive industry or related fields; candidates with 1+ years of sales experience in electronic adhesives, PUR hot melt adhesives, structural adhesives, or dispensing equipment are preferred. Alternatively, candidates with 2+ years of process/engineering/procurement experience in the electronics manufacturing industry who are looking to transition into sales are also preferred.
2、Strong market insight and customer development skills, with the ability to accurately grasp market trends. Candidates with existing electronics manufacturing customer resources in the Yangtze River Delta or Pearl River Delta are preferred.
3、Familiarity with the sales process, with the ability to independently complete the entire customer journey from cold calling to mass production. Experience in successfully managing a sales team is preferred.
4、Results-oriented, with the ability to achieve sales targets under pressure. Total annual compensation can reach RMB 150,000–400,000 (no upper limit).
5、Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently carry out business activities. Candidates who can read TDS and understand key PUR adhesive parameters (viscosity, open time, shear strength, temperature resistance range, etc.) are preferred.

4、Collect market intelligence, analyze competitors, and provide data support for product positioning and sales strategy.
5、Organize and participate in business negotiations to facilitate the signing of sales contracts.
6、Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and after-sales service.
7、Responsible for setting and achieving sales targets within the designated region, driving the implementation of the company's sales strategy.
Qualifications:
1、Knowledge of the adhesive industry or related fields; candidates with a sales background in relevant industries (including but not limited to furniture, hardware, cutting tools, panels, building materials, etc.) are preferred.
