The full name of wall solid primer is wall solidification adhesive, used to enhance the adhesion of walls. Before the emergence of wall solid primer, surface glue was widely used, but later due to environmental issues, it was gradually replaced by wall solid primer. Cement walls are prone to sanding, meaning dry cement turns into granular, dust-like particles that adhere to the wall. When directly applying putty and latex paint, the adhesion is low, making it easy to peel or hollow.

Wall solid primer is very sticky and can adhere well to cement walls. On the other hand, it roughens the wall surface, which is more conducive to the adhesion of putty. The main function of wall solid primer is to fix the sand on cement walls. Therefore, if your rough room has cement walls and the walls are sandy, you must use wall solid primer. If the cement walls do not have sand, there is no need to apply wall solid primer.

If the rough room has white walls, or if an old room is being renovated, generally speaking, just remove and polish the old walls. However, if the old walls have hollowing, cracks, or peeling, it proves that there are problems with the old wall base. In this case, wall solid primer should be applied locally to enhance the stability of the local wall.

Wall solid primer is a milky white adhesive with excellent permeability. It can fully penetrate the wall base layer, making the base layer dense, and the interface of the base layer is smooth with high bonding strength, ensuring that the cement is firm and not easy to peel off, and improving the bonding strength between putty or mortar and the wall base layer, preventing hollowing. It is suitable for interface treatment of concrete, aerated concrete, and brick-concrete walls before applying putty, and is also suitable for production, that is, making cement and production on the wall base layer.

Before construction, ensure the wall is firm with no floating dust or dirt. Dilute the wall solid primer with water, then apply one to two coats with a roller brush on the wall to be constructed. Mix it with cement and wall cement into a cement slurry, and apply it to the base layer with a tool. After the wall coating is completely dry or the cement is dry, you can start applying putty or plastering, and build the wall without adding water.
