After we purchase products from a white latex adhesive manufacturer, construction should be carried out in a dedicated glue injection room, which requires cleanliness, dust-free conditions, fire prevention, and ventilation.

When cleaning the glue injection points of white latex adhesive, auxiliary materials such as cleaning agents, cleaning cloths, and protective tape should be used strictly in accordance with standard specifications, design drawings, and process requirements. For non-oily pollutants, a mixed solvent of isopropyl alcohol and water is generally used. For oily pollutants, a xylene solvent is generally used. The cleaning cloth should be a clean, soft, lint-free white or natural color cotton cloth. Be careful not to dip the cloth into the container containing the cleaning agent to avoid contaminating the entire solvent.

Also, pay attention to the cleaned areas. Do not touch them with hands or other sources of contamination; otherwise, they must be cleaned again. The cleaned substrate must be injected with glue within 15-30 minutes; otherwise, a second cleaning is required.
