Different white latex adhesive manufacturers use different production formulas and processes, so attention should be paid to the correct method when using.

When bonding with white latex adhesive, you must seize the opportunity, align the position at once, and do not move back and forth. After bonding, press, hammer, or roll to air, compact the bonding layer, and improve viscosity quality. Then, after applying the adhesive, it must be left in the air. The purpose is to allow the solvent to evaporate completely, increase viscosity, and promote curing. Do not overlap immediately to avoid the bonding layer becoming sticky or generating bubbles, which would reduce bonding quality. Drying time: 20-25 minutes in winter, 5-15 minutes in summer. When the bonding layer has formed a dry film, it should be bonded immediately. The drying time should not be too long, otherwise the adhesive layer may lose its stickiness, affecting bonding strength.

Although the strength of white latex adhesive is established quickly, it takes 3-5 days to reach high strength. Therefore, joints with high load-bearing capacity should be allowed to sit for sufficient time before use.
