However, as October arrives, the weather turns cool, especially after the Cold Dew solar term. The north has already entered winter, and many Lingnan people have also begun to transition directly from short sleeves to suits and other jackets. The drop in temperature poses new requirements for the transportation, use, and storage of white latex adhesive. How to keep white latex adhesive warm in winter?

1. Transportation
When transporting white latex adhesive below 0°C, vehicle insulation. Transportation is prohibited below -5°C, as insulation measures are ineffective.
a. Insulated vehicle transportation
Insulated vehicles have heating functions. During transportation, the heating can be turned on to warm the white latex adhesive.
b. Ordinary vehicle transportation
Straw mats or thermal blankets can be laid in the compartment to keep the temperature inside the compartment above 0°C.

2. Application
a. The application temperature is best above 10°C
When the ambient temperature is 5°C, the application environment temperature should be raised, doors and windows should be closed to prevent the performance of white latex adhesive from declining. Application cannot be done below 5°C.
b. If frozen, it can be naturally thawed and used
Do not stir white latex adhesive after it freezes. Let it thaw naturally at room temperature. After thawing, stir evenly. If the condition is good, it can be used normally. Do not repeatedly freeze and thaw, as this will reduce the bonding strength of the adhesive.

3. Storage
The temperature of the white latex adhesive warehouse should be kept above 0°C. Prevent ventilation and temperature loss in the warehouse. White latex adhesive will freeze if stored below -3°C for more than 20 hours.
a. Insulated room
Factories can build insulated rooms equipped with heating equipment such as radiators to maintain the indoor temperature above 5°C.
b. Ordinary room
In ordinary warehouses, windows should be sealed tightly, and thick door curtains should be hung at doorways to prevent ventilation. At the same time, cover the adhesive with straw mats and thermal blankets to keep warm and prevent freezing.
