1. During bonding operations, the use temperature should not be lower than 7 degrees Celsius. It is not resistant to high temperatures; exceeding 95 degrees Celsius will cause a decrease in the strength of the adhesive layer.
2. Depending on the use, white latex adhesive can be diluted with water. However, it must first be heated to above 30 degrees Celsius, and water above 30 degrees Celsius should be slowly added with stirring until uniform before use. Do not dilute with cold water below 10 degrees Celsius.
3. After starting to use it, the lid should be tightly sealed. To prevent skin formation, a layer of water can be sprinkled on the surface, and it should be stirred evenly when used. Also, adding a small amount of hydrochloric acid before use can increase the curing speed.
4. It can be mixed with other hydrophobic resins to form two-component products, which improves the product's bonding strength, water resistance, and heat resistance, and shortens the curing time.
5. White latex adhesive is generally safe, but it should not be swallowed or splashed into the eyes. If accidentally touched to the mouth or eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of clean water.
6. Do not pour white latex adhesive into rivers or sewers to avoid causing pollution or sewer blockage. After use, the remaining material should be left to stand, and after drying and forming a film, it should be disposed of as solid waste.
