Common problems during the use of white latex adhesive.

Speaking of white latex adhesive, it has to be said that a large amount of panel pressing white latex adhesive is a common material in construction and home decoration.

So what are the common problems encountered during the use of white latex adhesive? First, there are different customer requirements for the consistency of the adhesive. Some customers think a thicker adhesive is better, while others think a thinner adhesive is better, making it difficult to adjust. Second, there are issues with the drying time and viscosity performance of the adhesive. Many customers will attribute problems to the adhesive as soon as they encounter issues with their products, believing it is caused by our product being unqualified. But what I want to say is, if a panel requires long press pressure, or if it bubbles and debonds after bonding, you need to consider the moisture content of the wood panel. You cannot say that with the same batch of adhesive, part of it works well and part of it does not. Furthermore, the thickness of adhesive application is divided into manual brushing and machine gluing. Needless to say, we know that machine gluing is even and relatively thin, so the panel pressing result will be quite good. Manual brushing will have repeated brushing and uneven adhesive application. On one hand, it increases the amount of adhesive used; on the other hand, it is more labor intensive.

Anyway, no matter what, you can keep a sample of each batch of white latex adhesive from the manufacturer. Do not immediately blame the manufacturer when a problem occurs; consider multiple factors. If there is indeed a problem, the manufacturer will help you solve it as quickly as possible, so you don't need to worry about them shirking responsibility or denying it, since samples are kept for each shipment. This is solid evidence.
