White latex adhesive, also known as white glue, is an indispensable chemical adhesive in furniture production for panel processing. It has the advantages of high viscosity, strong durability, and fast setting. This product has low cost, a simple process, and can be produced under general conditions.
Raw material ratio: 46 parts vinyl acetate, 2.5 parts polyvinyl alcohol, 5 parts dibutyl phthalate, 45.5 parts distilled water, 1 part potassium sulfate.

Operation method:
(1) Mix polyvinyl alcohol with distilled water, add to the reactor, slowly heat to 80 degrees, stir evenly, and completely dissolve after 4-6 hours.
(2) Cool to 60-65 degrees, maintain constant temperature, add 15% of the formula amount of vinyl acetate, and add 40% of the formula amount of potassium sulfate.
(3) Heat is released during the reaction, and the temperature begins to rise automatically. When the temperature reaches 80 degrees, add vinyl acetate in batches according to the formula dosage, adding 10% each time, over 6-8 hours.
(4) During the gradual addition of vinyl acetate, add 4-6% of potassium sulfate every hour. After adding the vinyl acetate, pour all the remaining potassium sulfate into the reactor, and the temperature rises to 90-95%.
(5) Insulate for 30 minutes, cool to 50 degrees, add the plasticizer dibutyl phthalate, stir evenly, naturally cool to room temperature, then obtain the finished product and package.
