Solid wood splicing adhesive is a new type of water-based polymer-isocyanate series wood adhesive, developed and produced using advanced technology. It has good water resistance, high bonding strength, environmental friendliness, good water resistance, high weather resistance, high bonding strength, fast drying speed, good toughness, and good impact resistance. It can pass the Japanese Agricultural Standard (JAS) test with the highest strength grade D4.

1. This adhesive is a water-based adhesive and does not use organic solvents.
2. No heating is required; good bonding strength can be obtained with cold pressing, and it has water resistance, heat resistance, solvent resistance, aging resistance, and other properties.
3. The adhesive is not a simple physical adhesive. The wood and the adhesive undergo a chemical reaction, truly integrating the adhesive and the adhered material.
4. It does not cure under neutral conditions, is formaldehyde-free, contains no phenolic substances, produces no harmful gases, and is non-polluting. It is non-flammable and does not stain the adhesive layer.

Usage method

Precautions
1. The wood moisture content should be between 8-12%. Too high or too low will affect the bonding quality.
2. The wood bonding surfaces should be smooth, even, and not warped.
3. Before splicing panels, please first make other preparations, then prepare the adhesive.
4. When preparing the adhesive, the ratio must be correct. Use measuring containers such as graduated cylinders or measuring cups, or a pair of containers measured in advance.
5. When mixing the adhesive and curing agent, stir evenly.
6. After the adhesive is prepared, use it up within the adhesive's active period. The active period of the adhesive (the storage time after mixing the adhesive and curing agent during which it can still be used is called the active period) is about 2 hours at 25°C. In summer, the temperature is high, and the active period is shorter. Conversely, the active period is slightly longer. Therefore, pay attention to temperature changes. Accordingly, operate according to the amount needed and use it up within 2 hours to avoid waste.
7. After mixing the adhesive, bubbling or slight expansion may occur; both are normal phenomena, and it can continue to be used.
8. The adhesive can be preheated to 50-60°C to reduce its viscosity, fully penetrating the wood micropores for better adhesive效果.
9. Apply the adhesive evenly and in an appropriate amount, requiring double-sided gluing.
10. The gluing operation time should be appropriate; if too long, the bonding strength will decrease.
11. Do not expose the glued surface for too long, otherwise the bonding strength will decrease.
12. When pressing, the pressure should be sufficient, but not too great; it should be moderate and even. For softwood: 6 kg/cm²; for hardwood: 10-15 kg/cm². Cold pressing: 5°C-15°C for at least 40 minutes; 15°C-30°C for at least 30 minutes; above 30°C for at least 15 minutes.

Otherwise, the company will not bear the resulting responsibility.

Precautions
1. Storage: This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, and not a dangerous product. Store above 5°C, transport and use above 10°C. When storing, take care to prevent freezing, moisture, and sun exposure, especially the curing agent; please avoid contact with water. Storage period for the main agent (25°C) is 8 months, for the curing agent (25°C) is 12 months.
2. When using in winter, the splicing section should be heated to above 10°C. The warehouse storing the adhesive should also be heated to above 10°C.
3. When splicing panels in winter, the main temperature after pressure release should be kept above 10°C to ensure the final bonding quality of the spliced panels. Do not transport in low-temperature environments.
4. Prevent the curing agent from prolonged contact with water and air to avoid.
5. Clean the gluing tools promptly. When hands or skin come into contact with the adhesive or curing agent, clean them promptly for splicing adhesive.
