1. Formation of white latex adhesive
White latex adhesive is a milky white fluid substance obtained by the polymerization of vinyl acetate monomer units at high temperature under the protection of polyvinyl alcohol. It has extremely strong adhesion and is widely used as a conventional water-based adhesive, serving as a bonding agent when various absorbent materials need to be bonded together.

2. Grades of white latex adhesive
Generally speaking, white latex adhesive is divided into "three grades and nine levels".
Three grades: high grade, medium grade, and low grade, defined by the resin content. More than ten years ago, the high grade had 50% resin content, medium grade 40%, and low grade 30%. Due to continuous social development, the grades have changed in recent years. The current three grades are: high grade with 35% resin content, medium grade with 30% resin content, and low grade with 25% resin content.
Nine levels: Each grade is divided into three levels: soft, medium-soft, and hard, to suit the physical requirements of different industries. Some industries require soft, some require medium-soft, and some require particularly hard to meet the process conditions of users. Therefore, when using white latex adhesive, we must know when and where to use it. Different materials, different seasons, and different gluing methods require different adhesives.

3. Explanation of some terms for white latex adhesive
Viscosity (mpa.s/pa.s): An international unit reflecting the thickness of the adhesive. (Viscosity ≠ bonding strength)
Strength: (N/cm² or Mpa)
a. Wet strength (bonding strength of the adhesive before curing)
b. Dry strength (bonding strength of the adhesive after curing)
Curing: The process of changing from a fluid liquid to a solid.
Solid content: (solid content, non-volatile matter) The total amount of non-volatile matter in the adhesive (organic ester content + inorganic salt content).

4. Characteristics
Qite white latex adhesive is non-toxic, odorless, and harmless to the human body. It dries quickly, has strong adhesion, excellent weather resistance (high and low temperatures), and good water resistance. It is an ideal water-based adhesive. It does not contain formaldehyde, DBP, heavy metals, or other harmful substances. It complies with the national standard "Limit of harmful substances in adhesives for interior decoration and finishing materials" GB18583-2008. It can be applied directly or diluted with water, and can be dried naturally or by heating.

5. Application fields
High-grade white latex adhesive: 1. Mainly used in the wooden furniture manufacturing industry for pasting, splicing, tenoning, veneering, and paper laminating of ordinary wood when manufacturing various furniture, office equipment, handicrafts, etc. 2. In the decoration industry for pasting plywood, particleboard, fiberboard, cardboard, corner lines, keels, etc. 3. In the color printing industry for pasting ordinary cardboard boxes, mounting cardboard, carton joints, and binding, etc. 4. In the textile industry for sizing cotton yarn, blended cotton yarn, and fabric sizing, etc.
Medium-grade white latex adhesive: Similar to high-grade but differs in resin content, suitable for different user requirements, fully meeting market usage variations and economic value, and more suitable for producing ordinary low-grade similar products or adhesives for paper tubes and paperboards in the above industries.
Low-grade white latex adhesive: A low-grade adhesive with low solid content and high viscosity, specially used for paper laminating and primer filling in the panel furniture manufacturing industry; for putty plastering and wallpaper pasting in the building decoration industry; and in the paper manufacturing industry (carton production, paper bucket production, paper tube production, paperboard pressing, etc.).

6. Effect testing
For all forms of processing except paper laminating, strength, weather resistance, and water resistance tests should be conducted only after 24 hours. Because the amount of adhesive applied, temperature, and air humidity have a significant impact on the test results, before testing, confirm whether the tested object is completely cured (dry), and then compare the measured data with similar products from other brands to reach a final conclusion.

7. Freeze resistance stability of product storage
The freeze resistance stability of conventional products is designed to be above -5°C (economic setting). Depending on regional temperature differences, the low temperature can reach above -30°C, but the manufacturing cost is extremely high, requiring negotiation between the supplier and buyer.
