Before use, it must be mixed with the adhesive mixer. Although the mixer is relatively stable, it is recommended to check the ratio of the main agent to the curing agent before starting work every day. After work every day, arrange for relevant personnel to clean the funnel and turntable of the adhesive mixer.

Wood moisture content: 8-12% wood moisture content is more appropriate. Designated personnel should check daily to ensure it is within this range. The higher the moisture content, the greater the subsequent shrinkage stress of the wood, which can easily lead to product deformation and glue line cracking.

Wood processing precision: The splicing surface must ensure a 90-degree splicing angle, free from saw marks, planing marks (less than 2mm), burns, or oily dust, etc. The planed material must not have tool marks, and the moisture content difference between adjacent wood pieces must not exceed 2%.
