Common problem 1 with assembly woodworking adhesive: Insufficient bonding strength
Causes: The open time before bonding is too long, leading to film formation on the adhesive. The product pressure time is insufficient, so the adhesive cannot fully penetrate. The wood has not been sanded and surface oils are blocking adhesion. The wood pressure strength is insufficient. The moisture content difference between the panels is too large, etc.
How to solve: Choose the appropriate adhesive application time. Increase the product's pressing time. Sand the product in advance. Increase the product's pressure. Ensure that the moisture content difference between the wood pieces is within 2%.

Common problem 2 with assembly woodworking adhesive: Adhesive penetration is too fast
Causes: Insufficient adhesive application. The wood itself has strong absorbency.
How to solve: Apply adhesive according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Communicate with the adhesive manufacturer to choose an adhesive with higher solid content.

Common problem 3 with assembly woodworking adhesive: Product discoloration after bonding
Causes: The adhesive's pH is too high or too low, causing chemical changes and discoloration of the wood.
How to solve: Contact the adhesive supplier for the assembly woodworking adhesive and replace it with an adhesive of the appropriate pH value.
